I’m 16 and don’t have any ideas what I want to do for work. I don’t wanna go to college, I don’t want to be some kind of fucking failure. I need guidance. I need help figuring out how to find out what I want to make of myself.

It's so stupid for adults to think you should know what you want to do. I say ignore them and figure it out on your own. If you don't want to go to school, how about looking at the trades. You can start making money immediately by learning on the job and if you ever feel the need, community colleges are always going to be around and you can go back to school when you are ready. Don't let anyone force you into something you don't have interest in or push you into mountains of debt. Just be the best at everything you do and keep looking forward.
