English Spoken In Uganda
This Kilmar Garcia person that came to the US illegally in 2011, that finally got caught in 2019 & given one of those get out of jail free Biden work permits in 2019, that Trump's administration has been attempting to deport out of the country has been in the US for about 14 years and is still not fluent in English. I know a person who at 16y/o went to the Netherlands when the father's US company transferred him and his family there who came back just 2 years later fluent in Dutch. Seems like the only group of people wanting to relocate to the US who refuse to learn the English language are the illegal ones from Latin America. If Garcia gets deported to Uganda, his English will likely get better and he'll have the opportunity to learn 2 more languages.
