Call me google

Are people just fucking dense as hell or do we need to spell everything out for everyone?
I entered my current role as a member of management at a store and we had a bunch of shit that happened that left us without an official manager.
As the person who basically ran all the operations, I volunteered to become the manager, or the assistant manager since we needed someone to fill the role and it went to my dumbfuck coworker who is on every spectrum imaginable. Trans, Queer, ADHD, autistic, you name it and honestly all of that is fine as a person. As a manager, it entails 987654323456789098765432345678987654 calls and texts to me to fix all the fucking problems they cause because they don't know how to fucking read. It came to a point where I basically stopped doing everything for them to see what happened and lo and behold our CEO personally calls me and asks me why the fuck shit hasn't been getting done.
Every single day, I wake up to dozens of messages from the upper management chat asking why things haven't been done/ updated or why something was done incorrectly and I don't know how else to tell them that I am not a babysitter. I was not hired to take care of this overgrown moron. Sometimes I wake up to the most IDIOTIC questions like "Uh where are the trashbags? How do you print the sign? What colour is the sign supposed to be" and I'm seconds away from throwing them into a garbage disposal. Like at that point a simple Google search could solve so many problems

It's bad enough that they text me for every single thing but they also text me for stupid unrelated things too. "I had to talk to Blah today" why, what happened? "She said xx is better than YY and she was fighting blah blah about it" LIKE TF YOU MEAN? This is not important enough to have sit someone down and talk like Imma sit YOUR ASS DOWN AND GIVE YOU A LIL CHAT FOR ALL THE SHIT I GO THROUGH INSTEAD

The icing on the cake is that because they were fucking things up so much they ended up hiring a comanager and I am still trying to understand why I am still being forced to do the work for both of them without a promise of a raise or promotion despite having like 54530152 conversations about it. I want to quit so bad but every single job I apply to either ghosts me or straight up rejects me and I don't know what to do
