Charlene Jackson joined our team in December of 2021 as a Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) detective. She has a extensive career in helping troubled children, teens, and adolescents, working with abused children/teens, as well as working inside juvenile detention facilities.

Detective Jackson stated her career at 21 as a police officer in 1995, she was then a juvenile detention officer in 1997-2001, a juvenile probation officer from 2001-2006. Then she began working as a behavior interventionist with a private company from 2006-early 2014. She then went back to working as a Deputy Juvenile Officer working with delinquency chases in 2014-2017 she began working as a Child Forensic Interviewer, in 2018 she went back to being a juvenile probation officer, in 2019 she became a sex crimes detective working mostly with crimes against children, in 2021 she joined a elite squad of ICAC detectives working to catch sex criminals all across the country as well as the globe. She became cross sworn with the Federal Bureau Of Investigation (FBI) and Department Of Homeland Security (DHS) in 2022.

Detective Jackson says that in her career many troubled children and teens have been sexually molested or abused at some point in their lives which ignited her passion in working sex crimes against children.
