Can all people like this just be sent to a workcamp? EVERY work environment gets people like this and they always suck.

The person who can NEVER stop talking. Who has to make backhanded put downs on everyone else. Who has to air all of their personal life to everyone, like ANYONE wants to hear comments about their boy/girlfriend and whatever else they have going on outside of work.

These people resent and hate everyone. They make backhanded compliments to the most competent workers and are in a fixation to outdo them. Like their first fucking week, they seriously expect to be able to out perform people who have been there for several years.

Then all of the pop culture. They reference and spout off the most tired, overdone, stupid ass songs/movies/shows like no one but them knows what they're talking about. Yeah, no one but you knows what The Grinch and Toy Story are.

Can there be a new law passed to where when an insufferable retard like this comes into a workplace that everyone annoyed by them can pass an anoymous vote to get rid of them, and then once the majority 90%+ of employees have all filed a grievance, these types of fucks just get fired right then?

They either get into it with the wrong person, or they abruptly quit like going to their 12932984th job with this attitude will somehow yield different results. No one wants to be working and randomly hear "WHAT IS LOVEEEEEE LADDY DONT HURT MEEEE DONT HURT MEEEEE NOOOO MOREEEEE. I gotta get you guys talkin."
