Physiological needs
I need everyone in this house to follow certain rules.1 I need to sleep. If I am in bed, do not wake me unless either I'm oversleeping and going to be late to a commitment or event, or there's an ACTUAL emergency. You wanting something is not an actual emergency.
2 I need to eat. I cannot cook. I basically do everything else in this household from making the money and paying the bills to mediating squabbles which sane people wouldn't waste their own time on, much less mine. We have arrangements as to who is to cook what on what schedule. You need to do the cooking for which I have no time, because when I get home I need to eat.
3 don't raise your voice to me or accuse me of anything. I don't do it to you, right? So why treat me like shit.
