I have no other options than keeping in working

Sooo, long story, sorry.
I work at a client oriented company where revenues are very important.We do, however, have different branches.The 3 relevant to my post are:
• office network (revenue based)
• large accounts (revenue based)
• HQ (not revenue but support based)
At the moment I'm in the office network and there is a big dossier I'm in charge of.There's also a big reorganisation in this dossier.A big part of it was with large accounts but due to reorganision within the clients Company, that part also came to our office.Because of the complexity and scale of this dossier, a big part of administration Will be done at HQ.
Now here's where my frustration begins: my colleagues from large accounts have been telling my direct bosses for months now that it wil be a HUGE workload. They also offered multiple times to give me a proper briefing in which they could inform me about 'peculiarities' of this cliënt. My bosses decided it wasn't necessary because the whole structure would change (I only heard about the offer of proper briefing too late).I've voiced my concerns about this multiple times and was told repeatedly that 'I need to stay positive' and 'everything Will work out'.
The transition is happening now.
And everything is a shitshow.
I don't know how to handle ant of it (proper briefing would have helpen ALOT), the colleagues from large accounts have done a HUGE amount of work just to make it barely possible (which I am forever grateful for, they know), even though it shouldn't be their problem anymore (they were told this multiple times).
I'm kind of losing it: my while body seems to be going in shut down mode because of the stress I'm getting from this (lumbago, diarrhea, headaches, ...).
The kicker is: my bosses still don't realise how big of a workload this is...They still seem to think everything Will be okay (even though I've also told them multiple times I think it's near to impossible).They even want Large Accounts to give up revenue of this week (official transfer is 1st april) because it's coming our offices way anyway?!
I'm (literally) sick of it and am contemplating just calling in sick and let them handle it all and see how 'easy' it is.
The thing is, I've applied for (and gotten, start in May normally) a new job at HQ which I think Will be a better fit and am afraid that Will fall through if I call in sick now.
I'm afraid however it won't be up to me anymore at some Point before the planned transfer and my body (and mind) will completely shut down...
