I don't know how to feel

During my school's winter production (which was just three different One-Acts), I met this boy. He was really nice and funny and I had a huge crush on him. If I lost my script, he'd instantly go try and find it, if something was too heavy for me to carry, he'd take it from my hands and carry it for me. Before every show, I would literally comfort him while he was talking about how he was going to throw up and he was hyperventilating. He would jokingly say he didn't know my name and call be by my characters name (as a joke). I told one of my closest friends about my crush on him and she said "he doesn't really date." I'm not even allowed to date so it wouldn't have gotten anywhere anyway.

About two weeks later, it's our spring musical. Both the boy and my friends are tech people who just acted one time for fun. But then I learned that they were now dating. Now I don't have a crush on him anymore because I care more about my friendship than a boy but I just don't know how to feel about. I just hang out with them and kind of look more at her than him so she doesn't think I like him anymore.
