I will go running with my brother tomorrow morning. He runs 5 miles at 5 miles/hour, while I will run 1.5 miles at 4 miles/hour. I used to be 5 miles/hour. I was even faster. This guy beats me at everything. It is kind of annoying, but I love him.
I used to love swimming and I still do. But people get into the poor without showering. I have seen lots of dirty band-aids in the pool.
Then I will have some electrolyte. I will cook something healthy like a Thai salad.
Chopped lettuce, red cabbage, peanuts, peanut satay sauce, marinated tofu and pieces of orange or mandarin (seedless)
Dinner: Sandwich containing portabella mushrooms sautéed in olive oil, arugula leaves and slice of tofu or a mango and fortified oat milk smoothie.
