Breaking down my goals into more achievable chunks
I need to up the veggies in my diet. I hate eating veggies, but I eat them. It makes me sick. Therefore, I decided to add some flavor to my veggies with healthy sauces and dressings. I looked up some recipes. I am going to make dressings in batches and store them in mason jars in the fridge. Tahini, lime, peanut butter, olive oil, maple syrup, soy sauce etc help. I will combine veggies of different types together to get better taste.
I have stopped drinking alcohol, store bought lattes and soda. Pat on the back for that. I do not smoke. I will continue down that path.
I will do more cardio and strength training. I care about health. Even if I am not able to do 10 pull ups, I should at least try to hang by holding the bar for 20 seconds.
I will break up my studying into chapters and master each chapter one at a time.
Spend more time doing food prep a variety of meals so that I do not get bored of eating the same thing.
Be more confident of being 40. Being old is not a shame for a woman. It is pride for me. 40s is the new 20s. In the 20s, I had no money to even buy regular priced clothes. I was abused. In the 40s, I am more in control of my life and financially stable. As we grow older, we put up with less abuse.
