Women supporting and mentoring other women
I know how it feels to be the only girl in an advanced Computer Science course. There was not much in Google Results and there was no AI. I was not part of the boys. It was difficult, but I survived and made it through. There were occasionally other women, I came across. They reached out to me and I helped them by teaching and mentoring them. One of them used me and then for no reason spread bad rumors about me (I have no clue why). Maybe because some guy she liked showed an interest in me. That is another story.More women should be encouraged, mentored and supported in Technology. Things are improving. I see more women in the field compared to what I saw 20 years ago. When I see a fellow woman, I am there for her. It is my new unspoken rule.
