What is a woman in Afghanistan supposed to do in the earthquake under the draconian Taliban rules governing their conduct? They aren't allowed out of their homes unaccompanied or to be heard in public, so guess running out of the house, unaccompanied by a male relative, screaming because the house is falling down on top of her is a no-no. Imagine some Taliban morality policy official witnessing this. The poor woman could then be subjected to a morality policy violation beating after surviving the earthquake.
