I use AI to help with technical projects when I'm too lazy to go through documentation or look up solutions other people have posted. AI is pretty solid for that. I have a clinical disability too so working with AI makes it easier for me to get shit done.

Ai actually does actively hurt the planet and will affect you. If you are unaware of the horrible things it does, please research about the current global water crisis, or the towns left without water because of the ai databases (which would soon be every town everywhere when they need more fresh water). But, if somehow you are too lazy to look that stuff up, I can happily write a few paragraphs of information on it with sources.
