I do not care about validation from anybody including my parents. The only person I need validation from is my 8 year old self and my 80 year old self.I am not going to talk to anybody for 2 weeks unless they talk to me. I will then decide if I want to continue a conversation with them.
I had a very difficult conversation with someone today, but it had to be done.
