For days I have been questioning my weight. Forcing myself not to eat much. I weigh 230lb and I want to lose the excess weight. I tried changing to healthy food like veggies and other non-carb foods, then cutting down on my food consumption, and even tried exercising daily. Nothing seems to be working. I am debating cutting food totally out of my diet and exercising even more. But I'm sure my mom will notice and shove food down my throat (or try to convince me to eat). I want to be a healthy weight for my height, 5'3, which is 135lb.
then we have super models, they always make everyone jealous. I wish I had supermodel looks, but I know that it would not happen.

Jim Dandy to the rescue! Buy a bag, learn how to properly cook 3/4 of them plain with a pinch of salt and a splash of olive oil for breakfast (the meal that sets the tone for the day) without the fattening add-ins added to them, and you'll lose weight. anonymous 3 days ago
1st bmi is garbage.
2. I suggest the bariatric diet. Get a toddler plate that has 3 sections. Big portion of plate meat. Medium portion fruit/veggies small portion your carbs. If you still feel hungry get meal replacement shakes. With that and making other changes helps. I lost 150lb in 8 months. Yes it took a bit. But im stubborn and petty as fuck. anonymous 3 days ago
