This asiistant manager pisse me off bad

I have this newly hired assistant manager who supposed to be our company consultant in our department, tackling challenges and conflict resolution. But this fck ass ethic is manners has been pissing me off. He was a lecturer from a local university mind u, and he almost 70 ffs! you woulld think and 'educate' Dr. will have manners and great comprehension on the topic of the project that he has helped to do the research since the 1st stage. But no!, this man have no concept of how corporate job procedure flow. Not to mention he have superiority complex and he a vegan police! i will list one by one where it all started and when i did i reach my tipping point.
When he report to our department earlier this year, i was so patience and understanding toward him. I tried my absolute best to fullfill his ridiculous request & demand even though it is inlogical and humiliate me to foward the request to various department. The senior exec from all the department all looking at me funny for even request such things. Mind you, i was just 3 months in into this job okay! And he think im a wizard who can grant and make all his demands come true that is not alligned with the company culture. I am just a fucking underpaid admin asistant under contract employment!!
That I can tolerate. I did my best as apparently because I am working directly under a senior manager and this fckass Assistant Manager. So, I have to follow order like a good dog I am.
Then, I start notice his filthy habits that giving me the ick as the day keep passing by. At first I did not mind it too much but as the dya went by, the disgust piled up turned into annoyance. I will list every filthy habits he had. Please bear in mind, this fuckass man is a Vegan ok! He eat the same 3 type of veggies everyday.
1. He BURP A LOT!! Like abnormal amount of burp for a whole day! The average is like 4-5 times an hour. Imagine listening to a loud wet burp for 8 hours straight right behind you!! He does not even have the courtesy to say 'escuse me' or apologize. HE EVEN DO THIS ON A BIG MEETING WITH TOP MANAGEMENT! Might be because he love eating Buckwheat, IDK!
2. He have a habit to smell his finger everytime he scratch his balding scalp, or scratch his ears, or Picking his nose!! the he flick it everywhere on his workdesk. AGAIN HE DOES THIS EVEN IN THE MEETING.
3. He use THE SAME DIRTY FINGER to pick over his teeth for god know what!! You will hear the teeth sucking sound all day, as if he try to suck something between his teeth. then he use his dirty finger to pick it, then spit thing out on his workdesk!!! If u walk by, u can see clearly every bit of dirty pieces he had on his workdesk. No one dare to touch anything on his desk. Not even the documents he hand over. This also happening all day long, everyday!
4. Oh if that is not enough, he came to work in rubber shoes and no socks. So he will take off his shoes and show his barefeet full of eczema. THE STANK DISGUST ME BAD!!! I had to wear mask to block the spunky stank came out of his feet!
5. His whole posture looking like limbless zombie ick me bad. I will not elaborate further.
6. His comprehension so bad, he does not even the topic people talk about in the meeting until the end. People as his opinion/view on the topic they discuss and suddenly he blabbering about other units scope that got nothing to do with the agenda of the meeting. Everyone in the meeting had to hold their frustration and explain shit all over again. He really lost it.
7. He is a lecturer for 36 years, you might think he is good at formulate a whole group structure and setting up proposal for the group. but no!! he halfheartedly only did the Member of the comittee structure and Purpose of the comittee only. Which he copy from the diferrent operation business in the company. Then, he left it hanging and said he will copy paste from the mentioned operation's comittee structure which objective of the operation does not allign.
8. He police whatever people are eating. Can you imagine, one of my senior are in the middle of eating soy sauce pork during lunch, and he suddenly said it is not healthy and good eating that meal or meat. WHEN SHE IS THE MIDDLE OF EATING IT!! same when one of our staff are drinking plain tea, he suddenly said it is not good for his throat. This fucker really have no manners saying such things when people are hungry and just want to enjoy their meal. THAT THEY PAID AND EAT BY THEMSELVES. FUCKER WHO EAT THE SAME 3 PLAIN BOIL VEGGIES EVERY DAY SHOULD SHUT THEIR FCKING MOUTH!!!

That is not all what iresent about him. My tipping point is back in 28th february, 1 month since he reported to duty, he was busy being brought to different district for programs and community engagement. on a tree planting project on 28th, he has been informed by the A unit to give a speech & briefing on the conversation topic to the community. (Because he is a lecturer and one of the researcher that staring this project)
Okay, so he is aware bout his role after been explained by A unit 2 times the day before. Then, the night before programe, I am sending him a text messages to give a gentle reminded that he will giving a briefing tomorrow. As the preparation are done early in the morning, I am asking him on what method he will use to deliver the presentation. would he like a presentation slide on the topic, which our unit have but the contents is 57 slides long. So, would you like to take a lokk and made some ammendments tonight? and he suddenly act all blur, saying he does not know anything about the presentation, and no one tell hijm about it.
So, I patiently remind him that the Unit A have met him the day before to deliver a brief presentation on this topic. and ask him again if he just want to talk about the topic by using presentation slide or just talk solo. (So, the preparation unit will bring the projector setup if he agree to use presentation slides.)
Then he suddenly lashing on me in text messages and i quote word for word: 'Please don't remind me. you are NOT my boss!"
that is where my patience and respect toward him as a lecturer/manager has poofed. Like what did i even do wrong?! I am just a mere admin assistant reminding these old man that is my manager on their schedules because they are so busy to track each one, and I am just doing my job to relay question from prepartion unit if he need the projector setup or not. And when he send that text, i was so strcuk speechlessly.
The next morning, i told all my colleague about what happen and they all appaled with what that manager said to me. Even they can't conprehend what make him that mad about me gently reminding him on his roles for the program. He even told one of the staff who drive him to the program about how 'rude' I was in texting him. But none of the staff acknowledge what he said because they know my side of my story.
Ever since that day, I never talk or look at him unless it for work and aboslute neccesary. Even when othe boss ask me to relay the message/work requirement to him, I will ask for my Senior Manager assistant to deliver the instruction to him. He does realized that i am being cold to him ever since that day even tho he aplogize once. But I will never forgive him for lashing at me like that when i did my best to serve his best interest when i was severely underpaid and burdened with the stress of deadline that make me lack of sleep for a whole month. All the good things I have done then repaid by his direspectful behavior to me. So yeah, I will not forgive that fuckass man ever. I am the person who can hold grudges for long time, and I am just aa youngho, so I will never care to pay him respect ever give. He called me rude for doing nothing but nice to him, so might as well i show him my rudeness right in front of his face. IDFC anymore.
