I saw a black dress that was very nice for a very narrow waist. I have decreased my caloric intake. I will try for the next 6 months to become the woman who can wear that black dress. It is mindset. Goal -> Keep in mind what you envision yourself as. I will then wear that knee length black dress with straps, narrow waist to Christmas party.
