With support from my family, I now dedicate 2 hours per day on workout and fitness. I am careful about what I eat. I want to lose 10 kg by end of June. I do not want to look like winter mommy or aunty body in bathing suit. Yuck. My biggest concern is belly fat. I focus a lot on getting that midsection down.
Rest of the time, I spend studying. I study by habit everyday - 30 minutes minimum.
I abandoned my friends. I do not take any personal phone calls. I tell everyone that I am busy. I have new priorities in life.
