Nearly got mauled 5 times

I'm done with this shit. My inbred hillbilly walking fucking tumour of a neighbour has a badly trained XL pitbull in what's pretty much an ONE ROOM apartment. It's barking it's fucking head off day and night and it legitimately sounds as if the thing's on a rampage in that house, it sounds like a war-zone and goes straight through both headphones and earplugs. The stupid thing has tried to attack me more than 4 times now because my braindead neighbour gets dragged behind it while holding the leash. It doesn't have a muzzle, nothing. In the last attack it nearly got my neck. To make matters worse, it's mauled my cat. Sick fucking neighbour thought it was pretty amusing. It's been going on for longer than a year now, I've approached the landlord, the police, literally anything. Nobody does shit. The stupid fucking dog is still there, making it's godawful noise, mauling other animals and literally attempts to kill me anytime it sees me. I don't even wish it harm or anything, I just want them to take the thing away or evict the cunt because my neighbour is clearly a braindead, irresponsible and sadistic piece of shit. Give it to someone else, haul it off to the shelter, I don't care, as long as it fucks off. Or better yet, evict the stupid ass guy. My life's been turned into a goddamn hell. And I can't take it anymore! Everyday, every fucking day, the same fucking bullshit. I hate this guy so fucking much.
