Sugar Baby got pregnant

So I was a school's administrator. And my mother's a school CEO. Apparently , during my stay in Marikina (aka one of our branches) I get to meet to this girl who goes by the name Crystal she just turned 21 this year. But our relationship started when she's just around 18 years old during her senior year. After she graduated I get to be in touched with her by an app called "Meet me" it's a dating app. I'm actually looking for a sugar baby since I'm not ready to have a serious relationship. And since, I really like quite chubby girls she became my sugar baby/fling. She has a good personality, even though I WAS the one who created a rule that one cannot be inlove or the contract will be broken, It's hard to just not like her. So my name's Edgar S. I'm 31 years old. And I accidentally impregnated my sugar baby. I really want to keep that child since I'm against abortion. What should I give or do so that she has an assurance that I'll stay with her? Also, she's mad at me and ignoring me for 2 days now. Please help me. I really appreciate advices.
