Stupid Front Desk Lady

I work as a medical assistant and since we added more people to our clinic, I got floated to front desk until I'm needed back with the patients. Well our front desk lady makes it her number one mission to make everything about her. She always likes to talk about either how she's Irish, how her "poor lad" is sick, or how much she hates her daughter. First off lady, absolutely NO ONE cares that you're Irish. Second, your son is 14, he will be fine. Third, what a bitch to shit talk your daughter to someone her age. This woman is pushing 50 and has to make everything about her as if she's a girl in high school. You can't even have a bad day because SOMEHOW her day is worse. I have a cavity filling that's $200, well her other son needs his 12 year old shots and she just can't stand the thought of hurting her baby. I get in a car accident, well her daughter just can't even drive out of the neighborhood since she's sooo bad at driving. GIVE ME A BREAK LADY. And on top of her being just so self absorbed, she can't do her job properly. She gets "anxiety" when we have a patient who came in an hour early and is waiting in our lobby. Like lady they know they have to wait, they know they came in an hour early. Please get a grip and fix your trashed up box dye in your hair.
