Ran 1.50 miles today. That is about 5.5 laps. I need to increase cadence.
What I ate today: 2 pitas, 12 slices of cucumber, 4 slices of bell pepper, 1 slice of beet root, 1/4 of an orange, 1/4 of an apple, 3 cubes of cut cantaloupe, 5 cubes of cut pineapple, 1 tablespoon of hummus, 1/4 cup low fat milk, 6 almonds, 1 banana, 5 cubes of pressure cooked lamb with spices.
At least I was not feeling dizzy today. I was well hydrated. The banana gave the potassium. The lamb helps with the low iron levels. I need oxygen in the blood.

May be I am eating too much. I am tall and big woman.
