Am I being sensitive?

I don’t know if I’m being sensitive or not… basically I’m getting married and I have my best friend as my maid of honour and she’s getting married too and I’m her maid of honour. Any way she has been wedding dress shopping for the first time without me which I was fine with cause it was a special moment with her and her mum. And I’ve only been wedding dress shopping with her once. And then she found her wedding dress without me there which I initially was sad about but I was so happy she found a gorgeous dress. Anyway today I was out with my friend and we passed a wedding dress shop and we spontaneously decided to go in and me to try on some dresses. I told my maid of honour and she was mad that she wasn’t there and wasn’t even happy for me. She then proceeded to question whether she should be my maid of honour or not. Is there something wrong I have done that I’m not seeing?!?
