My boss is on shit

I am 99% sure my boss is on shit. I have been around it enough before.

The reckless selfish disregard for everyone else. The micromanaging. The constant breaks. The gossipping. The scorekeeping.

None of this is right. I can't do shit. Anyone defending this kind of shit is more than welcome to cover my shifts. Drug addicts and their CHOICE to do this shit is not a disease and shame on anyone who pretends that it is.

Damn sounds like you’re under very toxic management. The one and only time I had someone that equally bad as a my boss was at my first job. The stress isn’t worth the money. Secretly start looking for a new job. If you have a good friend in your current job, stay on good terms and ask them if you could use them as a reference just in case.
Once you lock down a new job, just leave. Don’t bother giving your 2 weeks. If the new job needs to speak to a reference, use the work-friend you have rather than your actual boss. Worked for me and never looked back.
