I don’t get it

I don’t get it.
I’ve seen and read what men have to say about women. Regardless of what their complaints are specifically about, at the end of the day they all end up concluding that they just hate women, their solution is get an AI girlfriend, etc.

What I just do not genuinely get is if men hate women so much, why not just leave women alone? Not in a literal way because obviously all places have men and women, but I mean, if you hate someone so much, the easiest solution is to just not associate with them. Don’t talk to them, don’t reach out to them, just live your life and don’t let the people you obviously do not like into your life.

So why don’t men just do that? I’m asking a genuine question. If I don’t like a certain person, I just never talk to them. I mind my business and go on with my day. If I said I don’t like men for example, I just wouldn’t talk to them. I wouldn’t get mad either if my waiter or the cashier somewhere is a guy because that’s just life, but I wouldn’t go around associating with guys, talking to them, watching what they do, and spending my time ranting about them. Realistically, I would just do whatever I needed to do in the day and then go home. That’s it.

I don’t understand why men who hate women are so…. “out there” about it. Why rant about it? Why announce it? If you don’t like women, I mean I guess that’s your prerogative, but you have the option to also live your life freely and you can choose who you let into your life which is honestly a much healthier thing to do in my eyes.
Seeing men literally raging whether it’s online or in person about how much they hate women is scary 1) because it just is lol and 2) because I don’t understand such outrage when you can just be more selective about the people you surround yourself with. You hate women. Okay, cool. You may now move on and live your life???

I don’t just don’t get it, but part of me wants to understand what the hell is going on? The solution seems so easy in my eyes. You don’t like it, then don’t let it into your life and move on. Problem solved. Why is there all this anger and hatred at women when you can just remove them from your life?

So many things do not make any sense to me. Is there a mental health thing that prevents men from just not talking to women if they hate them so much? Genuine question.
I can’t fathom hating someone so badly, but also getting mad at every little thing they do because for me, I literally just ignore people I don’t like. Why not just do that?
