If I get outcasted from another community

A friend of mine basically ghosted me a week ago with a no warning, hasn't blocked me or unfriended me anywhere but has started deleting things from their pages that makes me think that they're giving up on something that we're doing together, and also possibly giving up on the friend group as a whole.

Another friend in the group says that someone has knowledge about something that might give me insight as to what's going on, but it has not mean given to me yet, and the fact that it hasn't is making me worry that I may be the cause even though I have no idea what I could be doing wrong.

I could just be entirely wrong and just looking at this the way I am because of my own inadequacies and feeling like I ruin everything for everyone, fight with how many communities I have been ousted for for basically no reason, it kinda hurts.

I seriously hope that I am wrong about the situation.

Because if I'm right about this situation I genuinely don't think I ever want to make friends again if they are going to turn on me without even saying it.
