I want to turn into the evil stepmother

So I just can't take it anymore.
I have a stepson that is 21 years, that was raised by my MIL because his mom died when he was 4 and my husband fell into a very deep hole.
When i got together with my husband about 7 years ago we offered to the stepson that he could live with us but he didn't want to because he then couldn't have the luxuries that he was used to because of the monthly orphan money my MIL gets (about 1000 buck each month)
Over the last couple of years he has taking a liking to taking drugs and not doing anything with his life. For the past 6 months he has been working and still asks for money all the time.
To the point that he will just rage at everything and everyone. The last time was about 2 weeks ago and my MIL called the cops on him. Since then he has been staying with us...
No, I'm not happy that he is staying with us. But i thought that it would be a few weeks, not for another 3 months. I told him on the first day that he had to fix his own food and drink for work and he could eat dinner with us. That he has to be home before 21u and that his girlfriend(OD'd several times at my MIL's house already) is not allowed at our place because I have a 4 year old running around and don't want that kind of people in my house.
Despite all this he still thinks that he didn't do anything wrong and that I should lighten up and be a happy camper... I just can't anymore. I don't want to be ridiculed in my own home, my safespace. I'm just done. I really am feeling the need more and more to punch that stupid grin off of his face
