One of the tenants next door was mentally ill and he didn't have a working toilet because he clogged it with cement, so he just shit in open air, and to get rid of it he would throw it anywhere, including our yard. Well now a couple years later it's good weather for yard work, and I am finding his dried up turds in the grass.

Hope this guy got asylumated before you did all that. The guy doesn't need to be in society doing al that shit and being mentally ill doesn't count. That shouldn't be a shield to do anything you fucing want or really blunt a punishment that's just. I feel sorry for you and hope that guy's gone for your sake.

He has been gone for a couple years now. It was much worse for his landlords and fellow tenants because he broke everything and covered everything in human waste and beflooded the building.

I lived without a toilet, it was pure hell. I offered to pay for it with my own money only to be evicted for bothering... (She threatened to dismiss my rights, I ran for my life. She had the audacity to be outraged that I left) So... Sometimes karma gets the wrong person. Or did you also refused to unclog it claiming it's his fault his problem?
