I own my own business
I'm not against providing great customer service, as a matter of fact I love it, BUT there is a limit.I didn't start my own business so that people I don't know from Adam can text me at all hours of the day and night expecting an immediate response.
If you text me at 9pm, and my office closed at 8, that's my personal time. Even if I see the text, I don't owe it to you to respond that night.
If you text me at 8am and my office doesn't open until 10, expect at least a 2 hour wait. And no, I don't care if you are the same person who texted at 9. Yes, I have more personal hours than work hours. I'm a person.
Just keep your pants on. This isn't an emergency service I'm running. There's nothing that can be taken care of now that can't be taken care of just as well in a few hours or the next day.
