i’m on a calorie deficit with a 980 limit and it was going well but the past two days i gained two pounds back for no reason. i go on hikes nearly every other day which are about 8000 steps but on the some of the days i don’t hike i am very stationary and get 1000-3000 steps. on the days im not moving much should i limit myself to 500 calories or am i just doing something wrong to be regaining weight??

Suzzi, I don't know how many times I have to tell you it takes 90 days to lose any weight. And that will only happen if you follow diet plans every single day. You obviously are not sticking to the diet and exercise or it hasn't been 90 days yet or both. Seriously, this is a lifestyle change, a marathon, NOT A SPRINT.
Just bite the bullet and take the ozempic. If it will help you stop posting and obsessing about your weight loss failures it will be worth it. anonymous 1 hour ago
