masters thesis program

I'm writing my masters thesis and im doing a qualitative content analysis with the program MAXQDA and I SWEAR ive never used a program thats designed THIS POORLY OH MY GOD - for REASONS that are unknown to me, they just refuse to let you do certain options, like making more than 2 folder levels/sublevels. However of course, thats not written down ANYWHERE, so I started putting in my data material like 3-4 months ago, in a way that just makes sense for my topic, and NOW that im getting to the analysis part, i simply cant use like more than half of the visualisation tools just because they require a different folder structure????? LIKE WHAT
I asked a friend and he said he always combines pictures and text into one pdf now instead of having them separately, because he also made the same mistake a few years back and the program just idk, hates it??? if you have pictures AND text for the same person that you want to analyse? LIKE JESUS FKING CHRIST THIS MAKES ME SO ANGRY AND I DONT HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH IT PROPERLY SINCE I ONLY HAVE ABOUT A MONTH LEFTTTTTTTT UGH
