Boss hates me
My boss and I have always had a great relationship. These last few months though, I’ve noticed and huge shift in the way they talk to me and treat me. I’m ignored during meetings, everything I say is questions and they look at me with such disdain that it’s starting to bother me. The only thing I can think of was that I nearly missed a deadline, but this is a small bump in a decade of work. To make matters worse, they share looks with an envious coworker of mine who is a walking example of condescending performative communication style.
