average

how do you explain being painfully average and unimportant in literally every single field? I'm funny, but that's the only quality I have. i have a short temper, I'm not very passionate, I don't have many aspirations, I'm not extroverted, im just kinda existing. im smart, but not too much. i can drop random facts but I cant elaborate on them. im creative, but only on my own terms. i can doodle but I can't draw. im kind, but because im impatient I can get hostile pretty quick. im not the prettiest, but im also not hideous. im not very confident. im lazy. im overly self-critical (obviously). i sleep all of the time. im not even properly hydrated lol. i have no reason to better myself when everyone is already doing better than me. a common joke with my friends is "you may be bad, but are you worse than OP?" it's been like this for years.
what im trying to get at is, why am i even here? there's someone out there who could easily take my spot in everything. in everyone's lives. someone who has more of a drive, more personality, better humor, better looks, more talented, and kinder. i'm good but not good enough. im just meh. not even my mother thinks im special lmao. i mean, what's stopping me from cutting everyone off so i can leave in peace? making them think that i just didnt like them when in reality i didnt want them to feel bad for whatever i do. the most i'll get is a decorated locker. i wont have anything special for them to leave behind like others do. other graves get crowns and trinkets of their passions or hobbies. i'll just get flowers.
