Work rant

So I work in a leisure centre, it use to me a women and this other guy who would clean the leisure centre.

So as time went on, they started saying how they could improve the cleanliness of the centre. So we both put down more hours - my colleague got more hours and I didn’t. Then there was rumours about them hiring someone else - at this point we didn’t know about this, as they never told us anything.

So they hired someone else who is now our executive manager even thou we’ve got a manger already.. and they got four hours and I’m still stuck with two even though I asked for more hours.

Anyway so this new person as joined and started doing my sections I was usually doing, so I had to go find something else to do. they more or less took over what I was spouse to be doing. And they know, they’re doing my section.

Now there’s rumours of them hiring someone else ..when we really don’t need anyone else.

It’s winding me up to no end.
