Women always have an excuse

So quick background on me I work in higher education. This context is needed for the story.

My wife was working a 9-5 monday through friday and occasional weekends and occasional after 5 work. We split all the house chores and I cook for the family. Mind you I would cook after working my 9-5. My wife would constantly complain that she never had time for anything and would say that she was constantly stressed from house work. So I offered that she quit and stay at home. She outright said that she couldnt do that. So I asked for some favors and pulled some strings and managed to get her a teaching job at the institution that I work at. She was given 2 classes to teach twice a week. So work from Monday through Thursday for about 2 hours a day. Her lecture presentations are provided by the publisher and her assignments are multiple choice and graded instantly by the computer. The tests are also provided by the publisher. Her syllabus was created by her department so no work there. All she really does is read a power point in class and answer emails. The course pretty much runs itself. Also the job was a pay increase.

So after all of this she still complains that she is stressed and has no time.

Why do women constantly make their lives seem like its a struggle when it is not? Even when things change for the better everyone elses life is nothing compared to the endless non existent struggles of a woman.
