why is it hard for you to show me love

am i hard to love? why is it so hard for you to show that you love me? i’ve never been clingy or affectionate until i met you and it’s so easy for me to love you and to want to express that to you. why is it so hard for you? why am i constantly feeling like i love you more than you love me? do you still love me? are you just used to me? you don’t ever call me or take photos of me, you forget to respond to my messages, how do i not cross ur mind throughout the day. i have to ask to be hugged, to be complimented, to be loved. you should want to hear my voice, and to want to see me more often, to hold my hand…why don’t you want that when i want all those things so badly. i hate that i feel this way. i know you’re not affectionate but why do i always have to initiate things. you say me showing my love for you is too much but it’s the way i would like to be loved. i want to be positively sure that you love me not always guessing. of course i know you love me but i wish you could show me that. i just wish it was easy for you to be affectionate with me, is that so wrong? im not begging you to be all over me but small gestures like holding my hand, kissing my cheek, or simply calling me pretty would be enough. why do i have to ask for these things? and even when you say you’ll try to do these things, you never do? why is it so hard for you to love me.
