Why can you not come here?

I have a friend who lives like over an hour away or so the problem is the distance is very long and we have tolls which cost a lot. I wish we don’t have these big tolls to pay everything but sometimes I wish my friend will come over here instead. Now I know my friend does not like my city very well because it’s boring to them, but I wish once in a while maybe just once they come down here So that we can hang out and take turns like I understand it’s very costly to come down where I live too, but come on. They’ve been like this ever since I met them. they want Me to go over to them not the other way around gives me anxiety and Frustrates me when they say oh don’t worry about it. It sounds like they’re Guilt Tripping me for not coming to them. I am not looking for advice or anything like that I can handle this, but sometimes I just want to tell them why not come here but I know how they will say. I just don’t like this dance that we do sometimes when we want to meet up I just gotta figure a way to meet my friend again.
