And things of that nature. By saying Trump is a Nazi they are making the connection between such beliefs and that man. As for calling him a dictator, it's because people see that he's gotten away with doing unconstitutional things and believe he has too much power for one person/ is not accurately representing what people want or expect, specifically those leaning left.
