TO fake or not to fake a suicide -Basil form Omori

HAi ppls this is about omori you (hopefully) know the game. In todays rant il be raging about once again on how basil, my sweet summers child makes me want to throw a brick(not at him ofc ). First of their will be SPOILERS so I fyou plan on playing the game pls be aware, Anyways back on topic, IM SO ANGRY AT HOW THEM CHILDREN HANDELD THE SITUATION, like I understand they were about 12ish and their frontal lobes (especially basil) were underdeveloped, But pls tell me why Basil FIRST THOUGHT was to how to say.. FAKE A SUICIDE?????????? like why there were SOOO many other options, don't believe me ? lemme list a few1. they could have just left pretended they were out only to find sunny's beloved sister of the floor, 2. they could've also just as easily say that they saw her fall down the stairs and called the paramedic as fast as the could but no. Basil, chose the most teadious and most heartbreaking option, especially for the rest of the friend group. He chose the worst option for not just his but everyone elses mental health. Because he picked this option all his friends had to suffer with thought on how "were we not trustworthy enough..." or "how could we not notice" which honestly just lead everyone to just spiral and some taking the worst form of themselves. For me its just a bother some thing that makes me a bit angry. LIke don't get me wrong I love the Plot of Omori just the way it is but its just this small this that just irks me. I love them all and maybe most of the trauma they faced on whether they could've been better friends vcould have been avoided with a white lie mixed with the truth. Anyways THank you fo listening to my Ted talk idk if Ill be here again
