the narcissist spammer is back. the narcissist thinks she so superior that her made up defintion of copyright infringement should be adopted by all. Copyright infringement is plainly posting work without the author's permission. Nothing less, but the narcissist never will need the author's permission, because she is superior and doesn't need anyone's permission to steal their work and post it whereever the narcissist wants. Then the narcissist will complain other people are not psychologists or lawyers while she is constantly pretending to be one herself.

I am neither a narcissist, spammer, and I am not guilty of copyright infringement. We have bedn over this already. You are trying to usethis as an excuse to cover up news articles that expose the corruption of far right religious hypocrisy. Posting a news article on a rant website with proper credits given does not constitute copyright infringement. Copyright holders hold the exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, and adapt their works. Providing credit to the original author while accurately quoting or posting the link to the article is not in violation of those rights, and therefore does not go against the law. However, if the post is modified or altered with misinformation or incorrect attributions, then it is possible to be in violation of the law. The articles are copied as is with full credits intact.

Posting a news article on a rant website with the proper credits given does not constitute copyright infringement. This can be determined by looking at the four factors of fair use; purpose and character, nature of the copyrighted material, amount used, and effect on the market. As long as the user is not misusing or altering the copyrighted material and is properly attributing the article to its respective author, then there is no infringement. Essentially, presenting original work with the proper citations is not a form of copyright infringement.

Those rights include reproduction, the preparation of derivative works, distributing copies by sale or rental, and public performance or display. It is the use or production of such material without the permission or license of the owner or holder.

While posting a news article with credits intact may seem like a violation of copyright law, such activity can actually fall under the fair use clause. Fair use law is a doctrine that provides an exception to the exclusive right of copyright holders in regards to the use of copyrighted material. It allows for limited use of copyrighted material in ways that benefit the public. Examples of such uses include making copies for educational purposes, critiquing and commenting on copyrighted works, and creating freedoms of expression. Since the purpose of pisting them is to educate the public about the consequences of political extremism it does indeed fall under fair use.

It's not possible to convince a narcissist of the reality of something as easy as the defintion of a word or phrase. Look how she pretends to be a lawyer and thinks whatever false narrative she creates should be adopted by all and be the new reality for all.

Such a lazy and pathetic attempt to gaslight. Any lawyer will tell you fair use does apply and therefore it is not copyright infringement. The mere fact the only one with any issues understanding that is you is proof enough. Not one news agency has contacted me to complain or issue a takedown. You just can't stand that I have evidence of the evils committed by your radicalized zealots.
