Came here after a few days.
Knowledge is key to happiness. Realizing that sadness is transient is crucial. Do not get too attached to anything including belongings. Meditation - every morning for 5 minutes after taking the name of Lord Krishna or Buddha. Be present in the moment. Even the East European Christian Monks practice Mindfulness. There is a lot more. The knowledge is all there. I have to follow it.
