Executor (MAJ, CAP, or DIR) The executor is the individual over certain caseloads the case management supervisors report directly to a member of command staff. Executors may have individual care loads or may over see one or more care management supervisors. At their discretion. ALL members MUST have an executor regardless of the frequency to report directly.

Case Management Supervisor (Rank LT.)

Case management supervisor oversees multiple case managers as well as ensure goals and objectives are being met by the case managers. Case managers also notify their case Managment supervisor of any major issues and emergencies that may happen.

Case Manager (Rank Sgt.)

Case Managers are assigned cases as the direct liaison to elected to, appointed to, or running for public office and in some cases work for a private entity. This person directly manages an individualized contract with this individual or individuals assigned to this case manager. Every person will have an assigned Case Manger to work with. Case managers may oversee multiple cases in their caseload or in specific circumstances may only oversee a few to even one single case.

Assistant Case Manger (Rank CPL.)

Assistant Case Managers may be appointed by case managers to assist in the daily operations, they may work more directly with the individual on the case management system, may be able to work through simple day to day issues that arise, as well as prepare daily reports for the case manager. The assistant case manager MUST report any major issues to the case manager as soon as possible. The assistant case manager may assist in decision making but do not have the power alone to intervene in or make decisions on the case unless the Case Manager directs them to do so or in the case of a emergency.

Case Officer (Rank: None)

Case officers may work between case managers or directly for a single manager. These are the boots on the ground conducting surveillance, intelligence, assisting in daily operations, and other duties as assigned by the managers. All Managment titled positions have authority over the scope of what a case officer may do. A case officer must be able to spot immediate issues and in some circumstances intervene. Without having the management authority.
