Sometimes I hate twitch streamers

Far too often I see streamers or vtubers kind of abuse the platform to punch down at their viewers. Its one thing if its a joke, or a mutual haha, its another to use a pedistool, a platform, microphone to lash out at a single small person. I just wish their was a way to snatch up the streamer and call them right then and their on the bullshit. Maybe if someone is familiar with bots, a way to just send them followers, wait for them to start pulling this, then they notice the mass unfollowing? I used to work (Was a side job) where I had to perform in front of a microphone in front of a lot of people. Never have I ever pointed anyone out and tried to “Yeah that jokes fucking stupid, your stupid, yeah thats not helpful, fuck that guy, everyone tell that guy to fuck off.” type mentality go off on them(Not to that extent but still). So is it possible for bots to do that just follow someone, lay and wait, then just activate a exodus? Its less one incident more of a reoccurrence and its a shame viewers really dont have that power the streamer does. Really just a way to clean up the platform imo (Not like you can leave a not on their profile annonymously either which would be a nice touch.). So is this possible? I just feel like its not too mean not like doxxing or anything malicious just a little wake up call.
