Pondering the meaning of my life

I have stopped seeing my job as part of my identity when I introduce myself to people socially. I do not tell people what I do. I do not tell people anything about my family. So I was wondering: How do I define myself and introduce myself to people like the neighbor across the hallway? Deeper question: Who am I? My therapist in the past used to keep telling me that I did not even know myself. I have completed half my life and I still do not know myself. This is disturbing.

1. What am I mainly looking for? What is the main thing that I am seeking in life? I will be blunt and honest, I realized that I just want respect in life. I do not expect kindness. Even indifference to me is okay. I do not want to face disrespect.
2. I love to learn and study. I also like to teach what I have learned. I should have been a professor. I am not the smartest person. I am average. I keep learning continuously. I am not trying to show off when I teach. I genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge.
3. I love cooking, baking, gardening, sewing, quilting, painting, drawing, reading, journaling, hiking, trekking, swimming, traveling and collecting very old postage stamps from all around the world. Many of those countries in my stamp collection do not exist anymore. I do not pay for stamps. I barter, for example, I will give you Lion King stickers in exchange for stamps from Czechoslovakia.
4. I do not like to procrastinate. Procrastination stresses me out.
5. I am extremely organized. I plan everything, lay everything out and keep working on things one after another.
6. I adore animals more than humans. I have had good experiences with animals. (Except one time: I had to take rabies shots).

So now I know 6 things that define me. So I have better ways to define myself next time:

Hi, I am blah blah, I am your neighbor for x years. Good to finally meet you. I value respect and diversity. If you ever want to grab a coffee or go for a walk let me know. Let's exchange numbers.
