I get back from lunchroom and 5 minutes later it pretends to need to get rags by where I'm sitting. This piece of shit seems to have all the time in the world to walk back amd forth spying amd trying to play footsie or whatever but the fucki g machine has basically no coolant in it. It needs to be a requirement that everybody be able to setup every machine and every job. Or else this "I'm special and can work special hours and be creepy with no chance of consequences", shit will continue and will get worse. If you made you blue prints accurate to what the part SHOULD measure and amd made them document where to find shitinstead of having 3 people who know then they be able to think they're roo important to get in trouble with HR for weirdo shit. In addition machines would sit a lot less.
