please help (don't mind the rambling)

i'm trying to get off X because i keep stalking my ex friend's twitter. it's really unhealthy for me and that's why i'm here. i'm not trying to word it like i can't control my nosiness but it's very hard to stop.
anywho
my abusive ex friend is accusing my partner of impersonation along with other things like rape, abuse, and mental illnesses
she brung up that he was faking being forced to drink acetone as a child. i was forced to drink acetone as a child, not him.. why would i lie about that? and why would he? he's a dick but not in the actually harmful way.
she's also INCREDIBLY fatphobic, insensitive in general, thinks lean is just cough syrup and soda + claims that people who do lean are (r-slur)ed, and she encourages self harm within her X community. speaking of which, she encouraged an entirely random person to draw a character self-harming just because my partner's fictotype is that character. which i think is deplorable because she's kind of just using that character as an allegory for the real person, proving she wants harm to come to him.
she's twisting the story colossally and making a mockery out of real things that happened to me + other people in our lives just to make fun of him.
i was not faking that or lying about it. he was not faking that or lying about it. he never even claimed that any of it happened to him.
can anyone help me come over my cyberstalking problem? /genq it started to protect my partner from being fucking doxxed by her but the ability to see someone's posts despite them blocking you on X has formed it into what i'd call an addiction.
