I have reached a frustrating plateau in my weight loss efforts. I am more like maintaining, gaining muscle and losing inches. The fat is converting to muscle. The scale is not really budging. Muscle weighs more than fat.
Drastic times need drastic measures. I am going to substitute dinner with a smoothie protein shake. I want the scale to budge.
Periods have finally normalized. I was afraid that I had cancer of something because they were too heavy in the past.
No eating after 6:30 p.m.
Another problem is dairy is making me fat. I need to have oat milk or vegan substitutes. I am not going out in the shit storm (snow storm) to get fortified oat or almond milk.
