Optimistic new beginning
I hate shopping and going to the mall. They depress me. I hate watching sports on TV especially baseball. I can talk about sports to socialize, but I hate it. It is odd as a woman to hate shopping. I like cozy little cafes, reading, music, hiking, fishing, canoeing, cooking, baking, drinking hot chocolate and petting animals. I am turning 40. New beginning to something better hopefully. I am always afraid of the worst because I have been through it all. I will try to be more hopeful and optimistic. I have been through a lot in life. As a result I have few good memories. I will try to think about the good memories more.I am finally again going to start going to therapy. I had given up on therapy.
