Opening others packages

I am in my 30’s living with my parents (trying to save for a house & do help pay for bills/shopping + babysitting little sister when needed)

I help my mum pick some clothes online a few days ago, and I got a txt when I was in work one day, saying that the clothes fit and they are good. I was pissed off because the delivery for them was in my name and I ordered a little gift for my mum in that delivery, which my mum opened without asking me, and she would of seen the gift.I didn’t reply back as I was busy in work and I thought I would calm down first.

When I got home from work, I will agree I was still in a little mood, but I said hello and everything, but I must of had a tone in my voice because my mum asked what was wrong I said nothing and went to my room. There was a package on my bed which has been opened with my mum gift inside and all clothes taken away. A few minutes later my mum comes into my room asking what’s wrong. And I said, here that was a present for you and please don’t open my packages. My mum shouts saying she paid for the stuff and I asked how did she know that package was for her? She shouts some more about how she’s didn’t look at anything but her clothes and she doesn’t open my packages normally she just thought it was for her.

Am I in the wrong here? I wouldn’t have minded if she txt be before as asked if she open the packages. But just to open them and then make out I’m in the wrong for asking her not to open anything more of my packages.
