I am so tired of having all my foundational and thought ahead work taken for granted and ignored. Because of it I get all the work thrown at me and the rare times I ask for help and my boss actually listens and delegates it the teammate who takes it on takes all the credit for what I have started and not just for the part they did or even be like we collaborated the way I would say and always say WE when several people work on something. Then I get boxed out of my own project and the other person wants to be the only expert and pushes me out instead of being bring me up to speed and we figure out togethers who / how we are working on something going forward.
